Maximum occupancies of the houseboats are 52’ Standard – 13, 54’ Luxury – 12, and 59’ Luxury – 15. If the deposit is not received within these 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled. Upon your arrival, the confirmation deposit will convert to a damage deposit. The damage deposits are fully refundable when the boat is checked-in on time, and in the same condition as when checked-out.
